Network Quality Improvement Data
CSC supports the collection of Quality Improvement data nationally from all dialysis facilities via the SIMS and VISION software and other utilities. CSC coordinates the collection of Lab Data and Fistula First data via electronic file specifications for the Large Dialysis Organizations (LDOs). CSC currently supports the following QI data collection needs:
