Effective Close of Business, Monday, December 15, 2008, the eSOURCE website ( www.simsproject.com/home.php / www.esource.net/home.php), at the direction of CMS, will be decommissioned and no longer available.
CMS's decision to shut down the eSOURCE domain was made as a direct result of recently mandated federal government regulations and security requirements. CMS will be expanding the role of the Network Coordinating Center (NCC) website to incorporate much of the content previously afforded through the eSOURCE Website. Expansion of the NCC Website will serve as a hub for ESRD Community to conveniently locate information from one centralized website.
Please be advised that the Website's contents have been archived, however Networks are encouraged to review the site one last time prior to its closing on Monday.
Additionally, the following contents will be transitioned from the eSOURCE website to the Network Coordinating Center (NCC) website (http://www.esrdncc.org/) effective Tuesday, December 16, 2008:
The NCC will release a follow-up to this memo on Monday, December 15, 2008 and will provide further details and website instructions specific to these new postings.
