About VISION

VISION allows Medicare-certified dialysis facilities to electronically submit demographic and clinical information to the ESRD Network Community via a secure, Web-enabled environment.

VISION is an integral part of the CROWN data system, sponsored by CMS. The CROWN system provides the ESRD community with the necessary tools to support programs that will ensure that Medicare ESRD beneficiaries receive appropriate, high-quality care.
